I am an incoming Software Engineer at Amazon Lab 126. I graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Computer Science. With my education at Cal, I decided to use what I learned to help others. 

During my third year at UC Berkeley, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and start my own tech education company, HackerCrunch. My company started off as an online platform for students who want to receive quality education in computer science. I started off with only one student for months; however, within the year, I started to gain trust with other students and parents and soon started working with  students from California, Boston, Connecticut, New York, Seattle, and New Jersey. 

Although my online tech education platform has been growing, I decided to shift my company to a new direction by  partnering with local academies in Orange County where I started my very first software engineering team program for high school students where I help this team create mobile apps that will help their local communities. Today, I am expanding this program in cities in Orange County such as Fullerton, Irvine, and Palos Verdes. 

Teaching  computer science is not another job for me but a rewarding experience as these students of all different backgrounds start to prepare their  careers in STEM.

- Implemented the Junior Software Engineering team program where HackerCrunch software engineering mentors interview and form a team of six to eight high school students to create a pro-bono mobile app using React Native to help local organizations and communities. 
- Expanded HackerCrunch programs to multiple cities in Orange County such as Irvine, Fullerton, and Palos Verdes through local academy partnerships. 
- Founded a Journalism based mobile app called the Tech Journal with a team of high school software engineers by creating a template for local high schools that need a mobile application to store and display their news articles.
