I was involved in the design of Maybelline's first web site and oversaw maintainance and the creative production for the site. I also designed, produced, and maintained a section of the M&M's web site. Each of these projects lasted over a full year. During this time, I was also involved with several smaller site design, branding, and production projects with A&E Networks and The History Channel.
In addition to designing and producing Flash features for the Maybelline web site, I also coordinated production with other rich media developers, oversaw other designers, and participated in creative strategy meetings directing the brand's online presence.
With Maybelline, this included online promotions, community building and product features expanding core demographics to a younger, more online-savvy user base. Our team worked closely with Maybelline's creative and product team, coordinating offline branding and co-organizing special events in New York City.

I worked in both design and production capacities complementing and rounding out a developing interactive agency in New York City's Silicon Alley. I designed and art directed a section of the M&M's/Mars web site dedicated to Motorsports and the M&M's NASCAR team. I developed original interfaces for the pages as well as customizing the M&M's brand characters for various applications including custom homepage consoles, page headers and additional graphics to add branding, character and humor to the pages. I coded all of these pages and produced everything necessary to publish the functioning section. Additionally, I worked on other designs for accounts including A&E Networks and was selected as one of the designers to work on the first Maybelline web site. I provided designs for promotional campaigns and web sites as well as animated product features and the online translation of offline branded material.
