• Managed a $500k R&D project related to the additive manufacturing of powder titanium, publishing and presenting a report on the findings to the American Helicopter Society (AHS) Conference
• Drove numerous operational process improvements, including creating and editing a series of process/material specifications to improve quality and ensure that all parts met engineering drawing requirements
• Led the design/execution of a $200k R&D project aimed at using zinc-nickel alloy coatings for critical helicopter parts, reducing customer ownership costs; presented results to the Nat’l. Association of Surface Finishers (NASF)
