I'm Peter from the Midwest United States. I've worked with industry leaders across automotive, social, events, fintech, and hospitality. Today, I'm building worldwide community experiences at Reddit, tinkering with new design concepts in the lab, and working with select clients on special projects. Aside from design I'm a passionate photographer, illustrator, husband, and dad.

Joined Reddit as the first designer on the Internationalization team. Built and scaled a design practice within the team, leading key initiatives focused on growth in international markets.

Highlights during this time include leading the design of phone authentication, an easy way to sign up and log in; the communities tab, a central spot to explore and join communities; machine translation, which made Reddit’s vast content accessible to a global audience; achievements, a comprehensive system to recognize top contributors; and r/place, a collaborative game for communities.
