Document common support issues into a FAQ for users to expand self-sufficient debug and troubleshooting skills; own and execute on key independent tasks towards program requirements within timeline and constraints.

Developed a QA infrastructure (Regression program) that tests PDK development activities, successfully used by six developers; shares daily QA results in a dashboard.

• Drives CAD support for the entire company's internal IC Design Development.

• Streamlines the overall release flow, improving automation & methodology efficacy: moved activity for the PDK release qualification onto a single server farm, and auto-generated release notes, reducing engineer work by 20%.

• Drive a Post-Mortem Process to dig deep into bug issues to identify the root cause and prevent reoccurrence.

• Given a broad charter managing QA for DRC – the most critical PDK component (formal qualification for new & existing semiconductor technologies) – for various technologies (CMOS, FinFet, FDSOI, etc.). Grew org from 1 to a productive and flexible team of 25+ engineers globally (NA, Singapore, Dresden, Bulgaria).

• Authored BAT, a fully automated QA regression software (Python) from scratch that built and carried out test cases, and generated critical progress statistics on project progress. Used extensive multiprocessing, running tests for thousands of test cases from a single push button on LSF servers, as well as a webpage monitoring the system.

• Qualified DRC ruledecks, checking 1,000+ rules as per the Design Manual, successfully minimizing bugs and therefore cost & schedule disruption, as well as time to market.

• Established methodology and policy for bug tracking systems (BugZilla, Salesforce).

Drove synergy among QA engineers via standardized protocol allowing flexibility between technologies (creating tests and submitting updated cases into the Perforce repository, evaluating failures, making corrections, reporting).

• Championed a real-time online build, test, & release monitoring system, critical to guarantee functionality.

• Built and ran extensive test development & evaluations that qualified new versions of Open Access in preparation for monthly releases both internally and externally to the SI2 Coalition for public distribution.
