Goed gericht doorvragen, een sterk analytisch en emphatisch vermogen zijn hierbij een vereiste. De brainstorms, schetsen, wireframes en een interactieontwerp vormen vervolgens de kern. Afgemaakt door een visual design, een styleguide en een animation & transition design. Usability testing zal regelmatig plaats moeten vinden om aansluiting, hernieuwde inzichten en betrokkenheid te krijgen en te houden. Dit alles bundelt men in een Design System. Dit doe ik op basis van Atomic Design aangevuld met een navigatieplan en design principles. Versioning doe ik middels Abstract. Ik vind mijzelf een daadkrachtige kar-trekker, houd van complexe vraagstukken, overtuig & enthousiasmeer graag mensen door de kern te raken. In 2010 heb ik met mijn compagnon Timo de Looij de ondernemingen Storm UXD bv & Storm DP bv opgericht. Aanvullend: In mijn loopbaan heb ik altijd in een agile (Scrum) omgeving gewerkt. Within the 3 phases (Research, design & co-develop) I created the deliverables. As a Lead I monitor the quality of the delivered deliverables UX Designers and coach them substantively. A substantial part of the project was to make the UX discipline mature within the organisation and the development methodology Scrum. To achieve this I had contact with different roles and layers within the organisation. Activities included the preparation of UX guidelines, designing interaction / visual designs and supervising front-end developers. I also created a new Design System. This Design system is updated daily. UXers and developers rely heavily on it for development and designing existing and new products. I also facilitated & contributed various Google Design Sprints. ### sr UX Designer (namens Storm UXD) @ Sqills Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 | Enschede Area, Netherlands SQILLS is a major player in providing systems in public transport. At Sqills i designed a mobile application for their main application(S3). It was an out-of-the-box project where I put my creativity to full use. The app is developed in Swift (iOS) and React Native. ### UX Business Analist & Consultant / Service Designer (namens Storm UXD) @ raax BV Jan 2015 – Jan 2015 At Raax I was like an ambassador for healthcare professionals. I analysed what they were experiencing, what drives them, what puts them down and more importantly, how they want to work. I put some service design techniques to use and held a lot of interviews and group sessions.
