I led a small, awesome team of cross-functional designers responsible for all aspects of the Flickr product including desktop, mobile, and tablet experiences. I led design and product direction for the complete redesign of Flickr, launched in May 2013. The ground-up redesign combined with our leap to 1 terabyte of free storage for all users resulted in massive increases in core site metrics – sustained 4x increase in photo uploads, a doubling of social engagement and photo browsing activity, and substantial increases in time spent. I have overseen the design of Flickr's mobile and tablet apps on Android and iOS. In 2003-04 I helped create the PhotoSite product line, which includes desktop and web functionality to help people manage and share their digital photos. This product successfully launched in early 2004, and was acquired by United Online (UNTD) in late 2004. From 2000 to late 2002 I lead the successful redesign of Homestead's marketing website as well as the online functionality that subscribers use to manage their websites. ### Vice President, Creative Development @ OnShare, LLC Jan 1999 – Jan 2000 OnShare.com created a powerful Peer-to-Peer file sharing system allowing users to securely share files from their personal computer with anyone on the Internet. I designed the software and the web site, which worked in tandem to build a large file sharing community. OnShare provided various community based features for sharing files, but also allowed individuals to securely share files between home and office computers. I was the first employee and helped create the vision for OnShare.
