● In charge of and developed the majority of the Taxamo service integration for Canadian customers. Refactored our backend tax code while making front end changes to accommodate the new tax requirements. Saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax-related fees as a result. The integration will continue to do so every year.
● Major contributor for the Profile Enforcement feature, worked as a jack-of-all-trades developer to get account enforcement to a successful launch state. Feature as a whole drove up Klaviyo revenue millions of dollars.
● Lead for the spend cap feature after launch. Inherited the feature after release and was the lead for debugging issues and helping with fixing customers. Also responsible for fast following updates as well as ramping up other engineers on the feature to increase team velocity.
● Led and implemented the frontend overhaul for the customer checkout experience for changing their subscription. Separated out a single complex form into components and re-organized the entire flow as a wizard experience while working closely with Design and Product.

● Designed and implemented a microservice layer to provide tracking data to resolve consistency issues.
● Migrated our old customer experience wizard tools to a new Redux architecture and improved the look and feel.
● Major contributor to GraphQL migration for our frontend wizard experiences; improved our loading times as result due to us being able to asynchronously call data in specific chunks instead of a single large call.
● Separated our Track Package page away from the monolith architecture into a stand-alone web application powered by GraphQL and React.
● Consistently pushed and advocated for changes in our sprint process to address Product/Engineering communication as well as developer velocity.

● Created a microservice to integrate the Delighted API service into our user sign up process.
● Overhauled our Quotes widget, allowing third-party partners to obtain analytics in a tool-agnostic fashion.
● Implemented SMS phone number collection and connecting it with our marketing and analytics team. Enabled marketing to now have an avenue to conduct texting campaigns to increase conversion.
