McKesson is the largest distributor of pharmaceutical and medical supplies in the U.S., and offers consulting and software to the pharmacies, oncology clinics, and other health care providers. I work on the McKesson.com web team: UX, SEO, Content, Strategy, Analytics, and Production. I focus on how visitors navigate the McKesson site, and lead the information architecture redesign project that went live November 1, 2018. Day to day, I monitor the voice of customer tools, to suggest and implement expedient fixes.

UX designer for a manufacturer of smart connected home and A/V hardware. UI, UX, and icons for mobile, web, and proprietary touch panel devices. B2B e-commerce platform design and implementation, built on the the company's ERP.

• As the sole UX designer on an agile team, I helped transform an old-school manufacturer into an e-commerce company. From initial specs and design through launch and growth, I worked on every aspect of the B2B Portal, helping it become the main transaction method for the biggest customer segment.

SAAS e-commerce platform for independent toy stores. I expanded the business as one of two web designers, juggling up to 12 clients at a time. I worked with the programmers to streamline the customer workflow, such as the product management and shipping setup. I also worked on our multimedia design projects, including print, video, and 3D animation.
