Lead creative development, and presentation to new business prospects. Defined key campaign KPIs by conducting client meetings and communicating goals clearly to project teams. Collaborated with analytics team to optimize live campaigns based on data-driven metrics. Recruited, hired, coached and mentored a cross-functional Agile team of engineers and designers. • Created Budweiser’s NFL Super Bowl Snapchat campaign. The ad adapted to location and NFL schedule data to deliver a dynamic, customized experience. Over 3M plays, 2 min. avg. time spent.
• Created ‘Pepsi Summer Quest’ for Snapchat. Snapcodes on Pepsi bottles unlocked exclusive game content within the Snapchat: 14.5 percent swipe-up rate, 2.5 min. avg. time spent.
• Created Bud Light’s March Madness Sweepstakes campaign: 70% CTR to enter the sweepstakes.
• Launched Mars Pet Care (Pedigree & Whiskas) multi-national activation campaign: 90% retention rate, 10% redemption rate.
• Created holiday campaigns for Hollister Clothing that included digital coupon redemption and in-store promotions: 61% completion rate, 5.5 cumulative years of time spent, 60k coupons claimed.
