In prior lives I taught English to Bohemians, lectured precocious Somali teenagers on the basics of first-order logic, arranged alluring displays of decorative flora, and other ostensibly disconnected experiences.

• Increased delivery velocity by building components for a custom design system
• Designed and implemented full‑stack solutions: from diagramming database schemas (Postgres), updating models (Django) and the api layer (GraphQL), to building out the UI (React/Typescript)
• Contributed to app stability by developing E2E tests with Cypress and unit testing with Jest

### Software Engineer @ PublicInput

• Refactored front‑end files to fit a more component‑based architecture.
• Created a CI pipeline in Azure which, upon creating a pull request, would lint and format several frontend files (html, json, js, css) and auto‑commit the changes to the remote branch. This process enabled an incremental approach to standardizing our front‑end workflows, without having to fix all the errors that would be emitted from linting/formatting the entire codebase at once.
