Over the years, I have worked with startups in various industries including e-commerce, the outdoors community, health/body and sexual wellness. *CURRENTLY looking for new opportunities* ### Lead Designer @ StarTree Jan 2023 – Jan 2024 I worked with the Developer Relations team and lead efforts to redesign StarTree DevRel’s site, StarTree's OSS Apache Pinot site, as well as delivering a brand identity for StarTree’s Real-Time Analytics Summit. ### Head of Design - Marketing @ StarTree Jan 2022 – Jan 2023 During my time with StarTree, I lead and oversees the design efforts for StarTree's first in-person Real-Time Analytics Summit. I also built out StarTree's web strategy, hired marketing's first lead marketing full-stack developer, and lead the transition to bring web work from an agency to in-house. ### Lead Interactive Designer @ Confluent Jan 2022 – Jan 2022 As Contract Lead Interactive Designer, I oversee all of Interactive's web projects including Confluent.io and developer.confluent.io. I also collaborate with cross-functioning teams to define process and strategy for future projects. ### Senior Interactive Designer @ Confluent Jan 2020 – Jan 2022 As senior interactive designer (contract), I worked on a variety projects from designing campaign pages, marketing product pages, campaign banners, field marketing documents, sub-brand logos as well as internal documents like employee handbooks, swags, and podcast branding. ### Design Lead @ the be.come project by bethany c. meyers Jan 2021 – Jan 2021 As lead designer, I worked with the CEO, COO, and product manager to launch the be.come project app 2.0 as well as the company's site for the launch of the app redesign. ### Design Lead @ Pastimes Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 As head of design, I worked with Pastimes' small cross-functioning team to develop product strategy, roadmap, and key features. During my time, we launched a new website as well as a redesign app to increase user acquisition and activation. ### Senior Product Designer @ Givva Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco, California, United States - Worked with a small cross-functional team to strategize and define Giving Assistant’s enterprise API service. - Lead design efforts to develop Givva’s brand identity, guidelines, collaterals, and design system. - Created personas through synthesizing business development meetings as a tool for different teams to use (product, business development, and marketing). - Designed high fidelity mockups and prototypes for prospective partners to convey our product integration with their checkout funnel. - Worked with a major publishing company to design a cash back and giving program. ### Senior Product Designer @ Giving Assistant Jan 2016 – Jan 2019 As the only designer until May 2019, I worked closely with the product and growth teams to strategize and iterate on features based on data for the company’s consumer web platform, the Button extension, promotional and transactional emails, nonprofit partners’ fundraising page, as well as the dashboard tool for them.
