Identified the root cause of recurring network failures; pinpointed the root cause to the lack of route verification tool through synthesizing user inputs and conducting independent testing.

Developed an Elastic Border Gateway Protocol Route Compression Verification tool with API call for AWS EC2 website, which allowed users to verify IP address announcement for Availability Zone and enabled 200+ Amazon AWS engineers to reduce network failure fixing time from two days to five minutes.
