As Head of Design at ADT, I lead design strategy and execution across the company’s home security and smart home ecosystem, spanning connected hardware, mobile, and web experiences. The role covers both defining the long term design direction and ensuring day-to-day execution stays focused on user needs, product quality, and business outcomes.
Working closely with senior leaders across product, engineering, operations, and partners, I guide cross functional collaboration from early concept through launch. This includes aligning on problem framing, design intent, and delivery constraints so teams can move forward with clarity and confidence.
A key part of my role is building the systems and culture that enable strong design at scale. This includes setting design standards, improving documentation and handoff, and strengthening how design decisions are communicated across the organization. I lead and grow multidisciplinary teams across UX, industrial design, research, and content, with a focus on raising craft, ownership, and impact.
Generative AI plays a practical role in how design work is done. AI is used to support early design prototypes, explore product use cases, and visualize hardware concepts well ahead of physical builds. These workflows help teams experience ideas sooner, test assumptions earlier, and align faster around viable solutions. AI is also applied to research synthesis and storytelling to accelerate understanding and reduce repetitive work. Alongside this, I coach leaders and teams on responsible, effective AI adoption grounded in real workflows rather than experimentation alone.
The impact of this work is a stronger role for design within ADT. Design decisions are clearer, alignment happens earlier, and teams move forward with more confidence. The results show up in improved usability, faster decision making, and experiences that build trust and long term value for both customers and the business.

As Director of Experience Design, I helped build the Zillow Home Loans Dashboard experience within a newly formed product and organization. The role focused on shaping the end to end customer experience while working within the constraints of financial services, technology, and business requirements.
Working closely with product, engineering, and business partners, I led design across key customer journeys and ensured consistency and clarity as the product moved from early concept through launch. I partnered across teams that had not previously worked together, helping to align priorities, define shared experience principles, and establish effective collaboration models.

Endeavor (WME) is a global media and entertainment company with world-class brands and capabilities across talent representation, sports, fashion, event management, and brand marketing. As one of the founding members of the Endeavor Digital Group, my focus has been on supporting a team of talented product designers and user researchers and collaborating with them on a range of innovative initiatives aimed at transforming our business and empowering users to learn and create. Specifically, I have been involved in overseeing four D2C product verticals - education, speakers, books and authors, and creators platform. In my role, I have been instrumental in driving the design strategy for new product opportunities, advocating for the importance of design in our business, introducing a user-centered design practice in-house, establishing an effective product development process, and maintaining high design standards. I am proud to have been nominated and awarded by Endeavor to participate in the prestigious McKinsey Executive Leadership Program - an exclusive invite-only program that prepares senior executives for C-suite roles.

I had the privilege of building a talented global product design team from the ground up to help shape the future of AR/VR Commerce for Oculus and Portal hardware. Overseeing the design efforts of fourteen consumer and enterprise products across five product experience areas - Digital Stores, Customer Care, Fulfillment Logistics, Manufacturing Data System, and Marketing & Sales - was a challenging yet rewarding experience. Together with my team, I ensured that design was at the forefront of our work, and collaborated closely with cross-functional partners in a cross-team environment to establish a cohesive design vision and strategy. Through our collective efforts, we were able to deliver impactful experiences that were loved and used by millions, including the Oculus and Portal digital store & check out, help center, referral program, easy return, and in-app value-added experiences.
