• Maintaining Wafer Fab High Vacuum Equipment Tool Sets (Veeco Ion Mill, Veeco DLC, RIE, Corona, CVD and PVD) from routine PM to real time functional troubleshooting.

• Repairing and modifying shielding, Edward Mechanical Pumps, cryopump, and UHV Feifer Turbo Pumps, DC, and RF power supply (20 Mhz-50Mhz).

• Working with Equipment Engineering to write, and update trouble-shooting guide, PM checklists, and process improvements.

• Working with process and equipment engineer to optimize production thru-put; production control to SPC.

• Work with vendors on Tool Upgrade, and Hard-Down Tools.

• Train other Technicians

* A member of fully automated, high volume solar cell production of 250 MW capcity.

* Tool owner of incoming wafer inspection tool and high volume IV tester tool.

* Responsible for sustaining all tools from front end to back end production line which including Hi-vac system like PVD, CVD; Automated wafer handling like Jonas and Redman; robots, and conveyor..ect..

* A member of Tiger Team in which reponsible for tool tak time and tool optimization.

* Tool upgrade and intergrations from construction to inspection phase.

* Responsible for all facility Waste Water Treatment, chemical delivery and gas bunker.

* Mange equipment maintenace team of 30 menber.

* Responsible for develope PM documentation and best practice for lean manufacturing.

* A menber of 5S team.

Product Packaging Development

Back End Automation

Reliability Testing.

Back End Process Development

Supporting R & D engineering to develop, and purchasing new high volume equipment from vendors.

Working with Vendor for machine concept approval.

Perform Site Acceptance Test(SAT), and Final Acceptance Test(FAT)

Dial in process set-up, and tuning for optimum machine performance prior to release to production.

Maintaining over 50 tools in total of back end operation. Responsible for spare part inventory, procedure, tool uptime, PM, and equipment personnel management.

Functioning test, troubleshooting and recovering while system is running.

Responsible for Tool qualification and run process per specification.

Responsible for Repairing, Rebuilt, Maintaining, and Sustaining all PVD-Sputtering Systems for Thin Film Deposition.

Experience for trouble-shooting of high vacuum system and pumps, electronic and electrical components.

Responsible for Maintaining and Supporting complete spare part inventory for all the equipments.

Coordinating Maintenance technicians to support high volume production lines.

Provide training and supports to perform their duties to high level of satisfaction of department and company demand.

Handling all escalation phone calls.

Interact between Engineering Department, and Production Department to ensure smooth operation and getting support to ensure machine up-time.

Involved in repair, trouble-shooting, and PM of most of machines in production lines.
