Lead end-to-end consumer experience design for Snowflake Data Marketplace;

Designed and launched the public data marketplace from inception to implementation, significantly increasing user adoption and enabling customer self-service data acquisition;

Spearheaded the design on AI data products, including semantic model creation and sharing, AI-powered descriptions, and Marketplace AI search (US patent);

Craft the Marketplace Horizon Data Catalog to facilitate seamless data collaboration and discovery among users;

Led the email marketing campaign for Single's Day/Double 11 which generated 5M GMV in 2 months;

Designed E2E verification flow to reduce spam rate and phishing;

Conducted design workshops for brainstorming and merchant visits for gathering user insights (in Montreal, Toronto, Orange County CA and NYC)

Improved the email editor by adding an illustration library, stock images library, etc
