Outside of my design role, I'm the founder of Little Andes, an online boutique for handcrafted children's clothing. ## Work Experience ### Senior Product Designer @ Intuit Jan 2025 – Present ### Senior Product Designer, Partner Experiences @ Walmart Jan 2023 – Jan 2025 | San Bruno, California, United States • Created and launched a new Pattern Library for Partner Experiences, including Marketplace Seller Center, Supplier, Merchandising, Data Experiences and Ads Platform, elevating design craft and accelerating product development. • Led initiatives in information architecture, conducted user testing, and collaborated with cross-functional teams, including the Design Systems team and engineering, to deliver a unified subsystem for Partner Experiences. • Onboarded ~250 designers, providing ongoing support in the partner space, and creating educational resources like video tutorials and documentation for the Pattern Library, ensuring successful adoption and usage. • Redesigned dashboard pages and campaign creation and edit flows for Walmart’s Sales Rewards and Affiliates programs using the new Pattern Library enhancing quality and consistency. ### Senior Product Designer, SMB @ Flexport Jan 2023 – Jan 2023 | San Francisco Bay Area • Designed improvements to the inventory tracking experience on the SMB Seller Portal during the launch of a new Inventory Management Service platform which led to increased tracking accuracy from 92% to 98%. Led research on merchant frustrations, pivotal to increasing merchant trust and minimizing churn. • Improved order management with a self-serve flow that allows merchants to add valid addresses into a whitelist that are not accepted by standard validation systems. Reduced manual work done both by merchants and operators. • Reduced support time for inventory lot tracking by enabling bulk recall requests. ### Senior Product Designer, Shopify Logistics - Inventory @ Shopify Jan 2023 – Jan 2023 | San Francisco Bay Area • Successfully launched a smart replenishment recommendations tool, leading to increased overall merchant satisfaction. ### Product Designer, Shopify Logistics - Inventory & Order Management @ Shopify Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | San Francisco Bay Area • Led research and design for Inventory and Order management teams, collaborating with data science, product and engineering to develop smart replenishment recommendations. • Reduced the number of support tickets related to order cancellation from ~200 monthly on average to almost 0 by improving the cancellation flow when fulfillment is in progress. The new technology and design was patented. • Designed internal tooling for operations and account management teams to configure and personalize merchant’s order fulfillment experiences, differentiating Shopify’s fulfillment services from other third party providers. ### Product Design Lead, Post Purchase @ Wayfair Jan 2018 – Jan 2021 | Boston, Massachusetts • Led design and research initiatives for customer and enterprise post-purchase experiences. • Optimized ‘Contact Us’ experience, guiding customers to self-serve or to quickly reach agents for personalized support. My main role as a UX Designer and Researcher at Globant was to work alongside the agile product development teams in the Digital division at LATAM Airlines to build high quality products that met our users' needs and expectations. Projects I was involved in: Flight Reschedule, Co-Branded Credit Card and Ancillary Sales (seat selection and baggage sales).
