Principal‑level technical leader for Visa’s enterprise GenAI platform, defining architecture, scaling production LLM infrastructure, and enabling company‑wide AI adoption across cloud and on‑prem environments.

1. Owned end‑to‑end architecture and technical direction for Visa’s GenAI Model Service, evolving it from MVP to a production‑grade, multi‑tenant platform supporting authentication, rate limiting, safety guardrails, vendor‑compatible APIs, image understanding, web search, evaluation framework, async‑native microservices. Delivered high‑availability systems handling millions of requests and hundreds of billions of tokens; enabling high‑throughput AI workloads processing tens of millions of records.

2. Drove org‑wide GenAI adoption at scale: Enabled hundreds of production applications and hundreds of internal teams; Led GenAI infrastructure for company‑wide annual hackathons (since 2024)

3. Defined and executed distributed LLM serving strategy, productionizing on‑prem and open‑source models using Ray and vLLM; 

4. Acted as a force multiplier across org boundaries, partnering with Security, Infrastructure, Release Engineering teams to resolve ambiguity, unblock execution, and meet compliance at scale.

5. Mentored and grew senior engineers into independent owners, transferring full project ownership and raising the overall technical bar; recognized with multiple Visa Leadership awards.
