• Responsible for liaison with external vendors to find root causes of network problems. Part of the ITSM department.
• Automated an existing classification process by developing a tool in Python using Machine Learning, reducing the completion time from about two hours to ten seconds.
• Volunteered to create dashboards in Excel to automatically generate monthly executive reports, making the team the first in the department to implement Key Performance Indicators.
• Learnt how to use Microsoft SharePoint using online resources to maintain the team’s main ticketing tool after the person responsible for it left the company. Added new features to increase legibility and productivity using JavaScript for Client-Side Rendering.
