• Responsible for up-keep and cleanest of the 1.2 million sq. ft. building

• Preventive maintenance on building equipment; pneumatic, steam, electrical, plumbing, carpentry.

• Under supervision. Operating BMS, Start-up / shut down of a steam turbine chiller, chill water / condenser water pumps, cooling towers, heat plate exchangers.

• Fire Alarm / Standpipe / Sprinkler (drain downs, fill ups)

inspection in accordance with all applicable government and local requirements.

• Ability to demonstrate exemplary customer (tenant) relations and provide excellent customer service.

• Responsible of the upkeep, repairs and maintenance of a 10-story commercial building

• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting etc.

• Preventative maintenance, BMS, Troubleshooting of a HVAC system.

• Fire Alarm / Standpipe / Sprinkler / Pre-Action inspection in accordance with all applicable government and local requirements.

• Weekly testing/run of a backup building generator.

• Facilitating and scheduling of repair problems that require third party vendor work.

• Overseeing all contractual works that are provided by construction and third-party companies that includes approval of completed tasks and final inspection.

• Handling the tasks of maintaining inventory that includes pick-up, ordering and receiving of supplied.

• Ability to demonstrate exemplary customer (tenant) relations and provide excellent customer service.

• Responsible for 16 acres property, 10 buildings and 40 + apartments (dorms)

• Daily handyman repairs; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC and cleanliness of the campus

• Snow removal.

• Maintenance of a snow removal equipment.

• Handling the tasks of maintaining inventory that includes pick-up, ordering and receiving of supplied.
