• Spearheaded the product discovery phase by conducting
comprehensive market analysis and in-depth user research. This
effort led to an $11 million revenue increase for US accounts through
the implementation of guided PayPal checkout, with a global impact
of $24 million.
• Enhanced the end-to-end user journey, resulting in a 10% increase in
Clickthrough rates, contributing to an additional $1M in incremental
revenue for the US market.
• Led the UX design process, which included creating detailed
wireframes and sitemaps using tools such as Figma and Sketch.
These designs drove a 21% improvement in the activation rate,
significantly boosting user engagement.
