• Led an engineering organization with three cross-functional and geographically distributed engineering teams.
• Defined the technical vision, roadmap, and strategy for the ParkourSC real-time integration platform for data aggregators, device vendors, and enterprises. The integration platform handles both inbound and outbound integrations. We integrated 50+ device types from 13+ device vendors and five third-party data aggregators. The enterprises integrated with ParkourSC via APIs, SFTP, and webhooks.
• Architected and delivered the core platform services such as identity and access management, SSO integration, multi-tenant data sharing, customer messaging, and batch processing.
• Led and delivered customer-facing features for the logistics application, self-service admin portal, and developer portal for the external API integrations.
• One of the key contributors to ParkourSC’s multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Partnered with cross-functional leadership to define engineering best practices, release cycles, processes for deployment, QA validation, and hiring.
• Coached and managed the direct reports to transform the organization for the next level of growth and scalability.
• Mentored three interns.

1. Asynchronous Web Services Callouts:
Built a framework to prevent servlet thread starvation on high loads for large scale enterprise applications.
Decreased the memory usage in different layers of the framework by analyzing the memory foot print using Yourkit tool.
Tested performance using Jmeter tool with different loads and multiple scenarios and analyzed the impact on Async Http Client - queue, thread pool, connections per host and DB connections.
2. Eclipse plugin enhancement:
Modified the Salesforce Eclipse plugin to auto-upgrade the projects to the latest stable JDK version by installing a new JRE in Eclipse IDE based on an Execution Environment Descriptor file. This feature greatly improved developer productivity and reduced future maintenance effort.
