1. Thinking in systems, focusing on root causes and leverage points, rather surface problems. Visualising ecosystems (actors, tools, environments) and their interconnections. 

2. Then shifting to user POV to understanding cultural, social, physical, and cognitive aspects that shape how solutions/ tools are used. In the end it's all about minimising the physical and cognitive cost borne by the human in human-computer relationship.

3. Right now Cursor-ing my way into faster validation, evaluation & iteration cycles, from smaller blast radius to none. 

4. Design System : Currently also making direct changes to react library, component anatomy, thinking through reusability, naming conventions, design tokens etc.

4. Heavy on diagraming. Everything must be diagrammed. Best method to articulate to oneself and others how things work is using visuals.

Designed and shipped Land records management system for worlds one of the largest swiss cement manufacturing company, Lafarge Holcim, there by helping reduce operation time for records retrieval, approval and upload to couple of minutes from weeks.  Conducted focus groups with 30 manufacturing plant heads and Holcim's IT folks to understand their as is process and pain points.
