• Led a team to build out new AI/ML focused architecture that was API-centric, automate infrastructure deployment, allowing for faster onboarding of customers by 70%

• Software Engineer worked on BPM / Rules Engine product development available on SAP Business Technology Platform

• Providing expertise to the strategic program “Project Thunder”, which aims to provide customers guidance on migrating their landscape to the cloud. As well as enabling our workforce on the cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Alibaba)

• Helping Lead enablement program “10 Steps to SAP S/4HANA” for customers across the Americas, & globally for SAP employees

• Automating deployment of infrastructure, SAP HANA database, & SAP ECC systems on SAP’s internal cloud computing platform (Converged Cloud OpenStack) using python

• Automating SAP HANA database backups to the cloud & creating error detection tools (i.e. deadlocks) with python

Data Science Fellowship:

• Developed ML / DL models focused on uplift, down-sell, product usage analysis for SAP Cloud Portfolio

• Retained $70 million in contracts within 3 months of launch for 3 major industries (Retail, Automotive, and Government)

• Built an AI/ML-focused architecture, including a knowledge graph, to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources,

enabling usage prediction, pattern detection, and targeted sales strategies that increased customer retention by 10%.
