• Lead software development team on multiple projects to develop Capabilities and Application Services for Middleware (MOM) large scale software using C++, Java on Linux.
• Lead the team to propose a common architecture for a US Army project for using instant messaging tools/protocols.
• Team lead for infrastructure setup for performing software builds and testing that can be used as test bed by various US Army labs across the nation.
• Team lead to Design, Develop and maintain Communication Dissemination mechanisms used by large scale inter-networked applications and services to communicate between threads, processes, and nodes. The multi-threaded, object-oriented design is developed in C/C++, Java, and XML using pluggable transport libraries for various protocols on Linux.
• Worked on a concept study project team to perform Gap analysis and recommendation to application developers the most efficient of many Dissemination mechanisms for their application. This effort included management presentations for make-buy decisions and interaction with various developers across multiple groups and government representatives.
