• Supported the Siebel CRM Wholesale Landline Rental module for British Telecom to offer end users their own-branded telephony services

• Coordinated with Incident Management and Development Team to roll out the respective releases.

• Monitored and automated the reporting and deployment processes by developing various shell scripts.

• Coded/Designed the website along with development of advanced reporting tool & search engine.

• Worked on implementation of new complex features to reporting tool & search engine so as to produce more accurate data.

Automation of Pre deployment Activities: July’ 08-July’ 10

• Developed the shell script from scratch in UNIX for automation of series of pre deployment activities adhering to the deployment rules.

• Implemented new features to speed up the deployment process & minimize the outage period.

• Fixed all the issues raised by the client and successfully deployed the script on business servers
