• Supported on two cost reduction projects related to medical disposables with gross savings of $1.2 million. One involved tubing consolidation and other involved drip chamber replacement.

• Successfully closed a CAPAs within a week affecting a medical disposable at 300 million units a year.

• Proposed a new project related to scrap reclamation (resin regrind) with estimated savings of $1.5 million for one medical disposable. The proposed project received highest number of votes at Worldwide New Project Ideas Workshop organized by BD in Sept 2018.
