In the AdTech group, worked in the Measurement & Reporting team, measuring performance of ad-campaigns, Attribution and Lift. Helping to drive up AdRevenue. As a team lead,
• Released apis for Walmart partners, enabling integrations and increasing advertisers reach.
• Found and fixed bottlenecks in database design limitations for time series views. Fixed the underlying design, resulting in 70% smaller index space and monthly cloud cost saving of $8K.
• Implemented ads-attribution data pipelines with Spark, Hive, BigQuery and Scala.
• Recently switched to Search Runtime team, which owns the search-api call that powers both, the product searches on walmart.com as well as browse experience. Handling complex scenarios of E-commerce + store retails with end-2-end latencies of few 100 ms.
