My work centers on building intuitive, impactful design solutions that empower developers to create engaging, user-friendly apps within Slack. By enhancing app integration, I aim to deepen Slack’s role as a collaborative hub, making it easier for teams to access the tools they need without leaving their workspace. ### Product Designer @ LinkedIn Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco Bay Area Led platform design for LinkedIn Learning, creating a seamless onboarding experience that enabled six major content providers and numerous smaller ones to integrate easily. Expanded the design system to enhance the learning experience for users, allowing them to engage smoothly with content from diverse sources across the platform. ### Product Designer II @ Groupon Jan 2017 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco Bay Area Used to design for the discovery experience for Groupon's web and mobile experience. In addition to this, I also supported user-generated content (ratings, reviews, and photos) to help build customer trust in the Groupon ecosystem. ### UX Designer @ Amazon Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 - Created a product ecosystem map for Kindle Author ecosystem by understanding an author’s journey in the book writing process. - Designed key user stories of a new product in the Kindle ecosystem, the MVP for which is planned to be launched by March 2017. ### UX Designer @ University of Michigan Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 Conducted a study that examines how a learning management system can provide a student with personalized information about their course activity and performance. ### Interaction Designer @ Flipkart.com Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 As an interaction designer at Flipkart, I got involved in solving information problems of sellers and buyers on the marketplace platform. I worked on design solutions to increase participation and engagement of passive sellers. I also worked on the experience for Seller-Buyer Communication to foster growth and transparency in the marketplace impacting ~35k sellers. ### UX Designer @ InMobi Jan 2013 – Jan 2014 | Bangalore Designed UX for InMobi Native Ads, worked with PMs to helped it scale to 10% of network revenue and won ‘Spotlight’ award.
