My global team of designers and managers delivered award winning experiences on ServiceNow's top products across 5 business units, driving more than $2.5B in revenue. I also led the cloud strategy for the company and led the AI vision designs for 6 pilot products across various Businesses. I created enablement resources for my teams and helped develop consistent experiences by working closely with the platform team to improve the patterns and the guidance on how to use them. I was selected to participate in a 9 month training program specifically designed by our C-Suite for the top few high potential leaders at the company, to be the future executives.

I spearheaded efforts to design the best user experiences for Agentic AI in ServiceNow products by working closely with AI leads across the company, including the platform teams. I led creation of some of the most critical AI interaction patterns deployed in all ServiceNow products.

Led the design teams of a couple of acquisitions to integrate into the ServiceNow’s ecosystem.

Proposed and led designs for integration of internal systems and products into a new unified cloud system. Led integration of third party systems and data into ServiceNow’s products. Led integration of acquired products into ServiceNow’s products. Also, led 0 to 1 launch of several products and domains.

Led User Experience Design teams including several Principal and Senior Level designers for the entire SASE and cloud management product portfolios. I led more than 7 core, highly successful cloud delivered security products, like the Cloud Management Platform, Autonomous Digital Experience Monitoring, Prisma Access, Cloud Genix(Prisma SD WAN) etc. Drove innovation and delightful customer experience in a highly dynamic and complex landscape of cybersecurity. Collaborated with senior executives and led cross-functional teams to create long term strategy. Also, designed and launched a few critical products from scratch as a hands-on designer. My product portfolio created multi billion dollar new revenue stream for the company. Which led me to receive a highly coveted award from the CPO.

My team worked on Web, Mac, Windows, IOS and Android. We created data visualizations, configuration platforms and agents for our users.

Coached team to engage directly with the users for generating empathy and evaluating ideas. Built Prisma Design System from scratch and applied to various products for visual delight and consistency. Introduced and led regular design reviews across all UX teams. Launched the first ever UX feedback booth at the customer conference.
