2. Implemented seamless onboarding experience for user across non-web channel like WhatsApp, Skype, Telegram, Viber.
3. Expanded the scope of IoT channels to support multi-modal support.
4. Successful implementation of data migration scripts for enormous data.
5. Boosted test coverage by 25% TDD adoption(JUnit, Mockito), resulting in a 30% reduction in post-release defects.
6. Incorporated Zendesk and Fresh Chat with Redis Pub-Sub architecture, resulting in a remarkable 97% customer satisfaction upvote.
7.Conducted load testing on the entire product stack using JMeter, resulting in a significant improvement (at least 30%) in the performance of slow APIs.
