RealSelf is a platform for learning about cosmetic procedures and connecting with doctors. As a designer at a tech startup, I work as a UX strategist to advocate for the users and partner with product managers to achieve business goals.
My scope of responsibility includes:
1) Working on the information architecture for users to navigate through the website easily and increase organic traffic.
2) Rebuilding the global navigation to accommodate the changes in IA & site structure.
3) Designing workflows for browsing user-generated content like before & after photos, and Q&A so as to align with the user’s information-seeking behavior.
4) Optimizing workflows for the search engine marketing team to reduce bounce rate, improve ad quality score and increase overall lead conversion.
5) Launch different landing pages like: Treatment category, concerns & most worth it award 2019.

Work on projects that tackle problems across a variety of highly technical industries, helping drive both the high-level strategy and the tangible digital experiences to support the strategy. Deliver visual designs for responsive web application and industry-leading portfolio management solutions and websites for different clients like Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Eaton and Department of Energy.
I am responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. I also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience.
I facilitate the client’s product visions by prototyping and mocking up user experiences for any kind of product. All of my design decisions are based on the overall design roadmap as well as my design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.) Collaborate with engineers to develop holistic designs for our clients and solve big problems

Self-guided Tour App for Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
The Mercedes-Benz Stadium was designed to be the ultimate fusion of the latest in energy efficiency, ground-breaking entertainment, and architectural mastery.
My task was to collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Stadium team, to create a self-guided tour system and experience worthy of this modern marvel.
During research phase I identified key user profiles and market segments to help focus the design path. This was partnered with primary and secondary research that looked into innovative technologies and touchpoints. I constructed a user journeys alongside sketches to illustrate how it would be experienced by user profiles and how it would tie into the physical spaces. End solution was a hi-fi prototype that would match the physical interactions and unique features of the stadium.
