As a designer at a tech startup, I work as a UX strategist to advocate for the users and partner with product managers to achieve business goals. The Mercedes-Benz Stadium was designed to be the ultimate fusion of the latest in energy efficiency, ground-breaking entertainment, and architectural mastery. My task was to collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Stadium team, to create a self-guided tour system and experience worthy of this modern marvel. During research phase I identified key user profiles and market segments to help focus the design path. This was partnered with primary and secondary research that looked into innovative technologies and touchpoints. I constructed a user journeys alongside sketches to illustrate how it would be experienced by user profiles and how it would tie into the physical spaces. End solution was a hi-fi prototype that would match the physical interactions and unique features of the stadium. The task was to conduct user-centered research studies and develop new methods of analysis to understand the healthcare section.
