- Developed project plan and collaborated with ICICI product team to ensure the implementation of a comprehensive
design system, across 4 product verticals resulting in increased design coherency.
- Discovered and defined the scope of the ‘search feature’ to match users with the best-suited insurance from ICICI Prudential, increasing user engagement by 15% and leading to higher conversion rates.
- Conceptualized, designed, and shipped desktop and mobile optimized web app for ‘Eazypay’, a UPI payment transaction merchant dashboard part of ICICI ecosystem, enhancing the merchant experience by a projected 20% reduction in task completion time.
- Designed and prototyped the mobile-first version of a paperwork management tool that helped streamline the workflow of Kotak insurance agents.
