Complex Prototyping – At Greendot I own 4 features end-to-end which makes me responsible for framing high complex use cases. I have deployed 4 features in 7 months of high complexity that includes Customer Acquisition, Onboarding, Security and authentication, Payment and Checkout flow 2. User Testing – I am familiar with various sorts of user testing and have performed and have facilitated creative thinking among the participants to validate their data. At Walmart I also performed multiple in-store user testing to validate our design changes in the app and self-checkout counter by participants and record data of all the touchpoints. 3. Visual Design – I am a doodler and I love the concept of expressionism. At Securly, Walmart and Greendot, I have successfully worked on the visuals that are scalable and design system compliant. 4. Animation – I am proficient with industry standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Principle for complex animation and micro interactions. At Greendot I am the sole animator, and I am responsible for animation handoffs to the development team by creating animation handoff graphs. 5. Design System – At Greendot, we are building our design system while working n the features. While working on my features I create visual assets like icons, pictograms and illustrations and add those to our design library ensuring its scalable and design language compliant. I am a passionate designer and I like solving problems by interpreting user’s needs.
