• Supported Stripes, managers, and leaders through the employee lifecycle (performance management, talent strategy, employee relations, etc.)

• DRI for HR analytics & reporting, systems & tools, Workday, etc

Recruited talent for high-priority and niche roles supporting leadership and IC hiring for Stripe's Business & Core organizations

• Helped to build the new Talent Research (Sourcing) team from the ground up by creating the onboarding plan and content, facilitating training for all new hires, supporting new team member their first 90 days, and developing metrics for the team

Recruited for roles within Google and YouTube’s Marketing organizations spanning all levels

• Led recruiting/sourcing strategy for 70+ roles and met or exceeded offer goals every quarter

• Contributed to staffing diversity and inclusion efforts, exceeding Google’s aspirational diversity targets every quarter
