The mission of Google's Payments Platform team is to "empower people and businesses by making commerce simple, trusted, and inclusive." This means we are the UX team responsible for ensuring that all Google's users can easily transact with, and earn their livings with, whatever Google product they wish! We tackle complex problems across Google product areas and across domains like billing, taxation, disbursements, and real-world identity.

I lead a team of ~20 UX Designers in the Payments Platform team, focusing on our end-users' real-world identity and financial relationships with all of Google.

I led a small team of UX Designers on the Identity team, focusing on third-party authentication.

I worked on the Identity team as a UXD, focusing on all things user consent and privacy.

Google, GSuite and Identity. Lead design of Consent Bump, a company-critical project affecting users in the EU. Responsibilities include delivering mocks and specs for core product, guiding UX for customer products, designing experiments, defining and analyzing detailed metrics, structuring user research, mentoring teammates, coordinating consistency across multiple teams and roles, and presenting to executives.

Worked as an in-house Interaction Design Consultant for Tangible UX clients including Socialtext,

SchoolMessenger, Wisegate, and various Intuit teams (TurboTax, QuickBooks for Android, Small

Business). Design work included heuristic evaluations, stakeholder interviews, concept maps,

wireframes, RITE prototyping, user testing, and design specs.
