● Designed and prototyped an AI Travel Assistant that helps users plan personalized itineraries, discover destinations, and manage bookings through natural conversations.

● Built and tested the prototype in Jupyter Notebook, integrating real-time suggestions and voice interaction for an intuitive, conversational experience.

● Focused on end-to-end UX—from research and journey mapping to visual design and usability testing—to ensure seamless trip planning and user delight.

Kaboo is building a secure, kid-friendly, gamified mailing platform that helps globally dispersed families stay connected. As an asynchronous communication tool, Kaboo replaces traditional mail with a safer, more accessible digital experience.

● Designed a secure onboarding experience for primary and sub-accounts, making it easy for families to connect across borders.

● Created a kid-safe dashboard experience, enabling children to exchange digital cards with loved ones in a protected environment.

● Led a strategic redesign of web information architecture to streamline user flows and reduce friction.

SpeedBikes | Ecommerce Website

A company sells bikes on their mobile-web experience. They need to enhance their browsing and checkout experience to greatly improve their product’s usability. The business goal is to improve the conversion from browse to completion of checkout to increase revenue on the product’s mobile-web experience.

● Designed web interfaces from concept to production, developed brand ideas and conceptualized new web tools for bike buying consumers all with the purpose of creating a friendly consumer web

experience and improving conversions.

● Created a project plan to stay organized and keep a track of the project, given the time constraints of 90 hours in total.

● Studied industry leaders to learn more about how they are addressing the similar problem.

● Conducted user surveys and gathered quantitative data to further learn more about the users preferences and choices.

● Designed and developed key features like guest checkout, comprehensive bike comparisons and continue shopping to maximize shopping experience and improve conversion rate from browse to completion of checkout to increase revenue on the product’s mobile-web experience.

GramCity | Mobile App

( Design Sprint - 5 days - March 2023)

GramCity, a photo editing app, wants to add a feature that helps people find the most Instagram-able locations to take a photo in any city. In order to quickly determine and provide the best user experience for this feature, we decided to run a design sprint to build and evaluate the design prototype.

● Followed the Google Ventures Design Sprint method to create a MVP that can test this new feature which allows users to quickly find Instagram-able locations with great photo-ops with location information and directions before it launches.

● Researching and analyzing competitive landscape

● Produced wireframes, interactive prototypes and hi-fidelity visual designs

● Created a systematic approach like sketching crazy 8’s and creating a storyboard to quickly come up with the solution in order to deliver assets in the given time frame.

● Conducted moderate usability testing

MealSquare | Mobile App

Meal Square motivates users to have a healthy lifestyle with minimal efforts. It assists users in planning, shopping and cooking healthy and well-balanced meals.
