I collaborate with the product design team, frontend & backend development team to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration ensuring that product features are developed efficiently and are shipped on time.

enhance the developer experience by enabling innovators to work together seamlessly from

anywhere in the world. With enhanced tools and improved processes, organizations can cut

hardware development time and cost by up to 50%, decreasing product lead time and improving team

productivity.

As a co-founder of the company, I oversee product implementation, user and market research, key product decisions, sales integration and future roadmap. Currently leading a cross functional team of engineers, designers, and quality insurance to role out AI based PCB Circuit Designs.

As a consultant product manager at Alethea, I led the design and implementation for one of their flagship product; MyCharacter.ai, which created iNFTs using a text prompt. I ensured that all aspects of the project met high standards of quality and functionality by collaborating with the marketing and development teams. As a result, MyCharacter.ai attracted 20k+ users within the first week of the launch.

DIY GEEKS is a Lahore based DIY & STEAM education startup. We make programmable electronic kits to teach real-life problem solving to young kids and an average person. Our kits are coupled with easy tutorials to help them learn programming, electronics, and problem-solving. Our content is backed by a community of more than 100K people in Pakistan.

As a core member of the team, I focused on innovative products, I have improved the consumer product line of Robotics & STEM learning kits and led the development of a school's focused B2B product. I worked with stakeholders and managed a team of five individuals to develop Makerspace for School Kit. This kit coupled with teaching material and a unique curriculum integrator offer schools a way to teach robotics, programming, electronics and problem-solving.

I have actively worked with stakeholders to develop 3 consumer line kits of products: from evaluating the need to figuring out the price points to packaging the product in explanatory manner. My work helped company scale the growth from 1x to 3x, with MRR going up from $2.5k to $8k.

I defined the product development roadmap and built the integration strategy, and managed the agile development of the product through the scrum, sprint planning, backlog grooming and constant feedback from external stakeholders.
