Bachelor's degree in design management. Currently, I market my service online as a product designer and graphic designer, owning the project from conception to completion, using design research methods to turn user insights into tangible solutions, crafting the low or high-fidelity wireframe, managing the user flow, creating the prototype to show how the product functions and looks, and using for the usability test later, according to the user feedback, try to find the designed solution to adjust or iterate the user interface. When I worked at PMI, I collaborate with a cross-functional design team to create and maintain global packaging design guidelines, at the meantime, I work closely with the digital team to transform 2D packaging design into 3D implementation. Many years of work experience at E-commerce company, as they are startups, I had lots of hats in my position, doing the work like iterating the web design, editing the photos of the products, design the advertising flyers, logos, and posters.
