Over 5 years, I advanced from mid-level designer to design lead on the Growth team, driving impactful projects across the user lifecycle—acquisition, onboarding, engagement, upsell, and retention—for Microsoft 365 premium, freemium, and Copilot apps. Highlights include leading initiatives like Copilot/AI engagement, viral adoption, upsell strategies, subscription benefit center, subscription page redesign to drive app growth, and a unified privacy experience that enhanced user trust. In my final year, I embraced leadership responsibilities, managing a project design team, promoting growth design patterns, and fostering cross-team collaboration and culture-building initiatives.

• As the designer for the Portal team, I worked with PM, frontend/backend engineers, and QAs to create experiences for users to manage their digital workspaces and organizations and streamline users’ creation and collaboration process. Taking charge of research, mocking-up, usability testing, iteration, design specifications.

• As the designer for mobile team, prioritize and design key functions for the mobile app in the iOS store.

• Worked on key features for Bluescape Web/Wall app, like embedded video players, web link widget, large file upload flow, voice input.

• Created proof of concepts for future products and features

• Created and maintain the Bluescape Design Library.

Teamed up with project managers, designers, and developers to work on various app and web design challenges in healthcare space, focusing on behavior change for chronic disease patients and enhancing user engagement to reinforce healthy habits.

Explored the future states of “Autonomous Vehicle Social Interaction". Key responsibilities included on-site observation, data collection, user behavior research, stakeholders research, data analysis, data visualization, ideation.
