My philosophy rests on three pillars: systems thinking, user empathy, and executional excellence. Systems thinking ensures solutions scale and endure. User empathy keeps products grounded in real human needs. Executional excellence means raising the craft bar while delivering with speed and consistency. Outside of work, I draw inspiration from fiction, psychology, live jazz, and indie rock. I create art installations, explore new cultural experiences, and share quiet rituals with my husband and our kittens.
