• Lead software development for equity analytics services, ensuring low latency and reliable data delivery to 350k Bloomberg Terminal subscribers, and assume on-call duty to diagnose and resolve service outages

• Improve infrastructure and standardize CI/CD pipelines, converting Git submodules to shared libraries and migrating legacy build systems to CMake to enhance code-propagation efficiency

• Enhance software quality assurance by creating automated test suites and scheduling them for continuous execution, and train new grads through constructive code review

• Collaborate with product managers to understand client needs, define project priorities, and build solutions that fulfill requests, while facilitating Scrum and cross-team meetings

• Provide critical support to downstream teams, troubleshooting issues with team assets and implementing timely fixes to unblock projects and maintain development velocity
