I design products by first understanding people. Why do they feel this way? Why do they act like that? I ask "why" obsessively because that's what empathy is. I care deeply about how design influences users' emotions, comprehension, and decisions in real contexts, especially the cultural complexities signals embedded in product language. Between business goals and user experience, I aim to find solutions that respect users while remaining grounded in both teams' strengths and system realities.
