Collaborate with and support team leads in delivering the highest level of trust-building and strategic counsel through all project designs and interactions.

Generate concepts for product development focused on usability, visual effects, user experience, human factors, and technology design.

Define, research, design, prototype, and user testing end-to-end repeatable design processes that help the teams plan, manage and deliver parallel projects.

Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, and asset management, driving required changes to make sure designers and developers are working efficiently.

Define internal planning methodologies and approach guidelines; facilitate adoption across multiple project teams

Act as a bridge between Design, Engineering, and Product Management teams, connecting all three groups and ensuring interdependencies are understood and planned for.

Set and communicate the UI/UX design roadmap, defining top-level milestones and teams’ priorities. Working with Product Managers, and the development team to define priorities and scope for new projects.

Drive design team deliverables by adjusting the design solutions depending on teams' timelines, assisting with tactical issues, triaging bugs, and communicating product/team status.

Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and articulate risks, trade-offs, and recommend prioritization based on a balance of business needs, technical constraints, and customer impact.
Work with the UI/UX team to redesign the visual elements and UX of the products on the desktop, mobile and tablet platforms to provide a better experience of the Augmented Reality Management Platform to the world’s leading enterprises by improving the productivity, effectiveness, accuracy, and safety of their workforces, customers, and supply chains.
Analyze data and previous feedback, review feature improvements requests, do research analysis, have communication with the design team to generate feasible solutions, create lo/hi-fidelity wireframe, design attractive visual elements, prepare assets and file for the engineering team, and implement the design.
