As the Vice President of Design at fuseproject, Qin Li leads the creative team, overseeing Industrial Design, User Experience, Environments, and Brand. Harnessing her creativity and leadership, she takes a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to the team and design, and engaging all the disciplines within a fully informed, thorough, and integrated process.

Qin's philosophy is rooted in a human-centered approach. She firmly believes that designers have the power to drive cultural change, enhance the quality of life, and address some of the world's most pressing issues. In her time at fuseproject, she has played a pivotal role in guiding designs to market for a diverse range of clients, spanning Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, non-profits, and entrepreneurs. These designs have encompassed various categories, including AI & robotics, health & wellness, wearable tech, consumer electronics, furniture, retail & exhibition, packaging & soft goods, among others.

Over the past 12 years at Fuseproject, Qin has worked on a variety of design categories including furniture, IOT, wearable tech, consumer electronics, interior spaces, health care, and more. She led development of Public Office Landscape and Sayl Chair for Herman Miller, Jawbone projects including JB2, ICON, ERA, UP, UP24, UP2, UP3 and UP Move, Coca Cola, Pantech, Fleurville, Sling Media and many other projects. She is responsible for the entire design process from ideation through engineering, quality control and execution, with collaboration with strategy, branding, and digital design.

Managed a team of designers and led design on Herman Miller Sayl Chair; Jawbone ICON, ERA, and UP; Aesir phone etc. Experiencing in a holistic product design process that involve Branding, Packaging, and UI. Responsible for an entire design process from ideation through production, client and engineer communication. Implicate business and office development.
