Crafted cohesive user experiences for WeChat across various platforms. Orchestrated end-to-end design for 10 projects spanning 5 device types, encompassing desktop, mobile, smartwatch, in-vehicle systems, and digital photo frames. Improved the design system for WeChat on desktop. Led the design of desktop project “Contact Manager” and attracted 420,000 daily users and amassed 550,000 daily page views within two weeks of its launch.

Improved the mobile shopping experience for virtual costumes within Tencent QQ. Revamped the user interactions to closely mirror shoppers' purchasing intentions and ensured a more seamless and enjoyable buying process. Achieved a 37% boost in store entry rates, a 174% increase in conversion rates, and a 42% rise in VIP program registrations.
