Great design transformed my life. As a design leader, I’m passionate about simplifying complexity, empowering people, and creating products that meaningfully improve everyday life.

I currently lead design across 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗗𝗮𝘀𝗵, spanning 0->1 product innovation and scaling proven experiences across the ecosystem. My work focuses on unlocking new ways users engage with DoorDash, including new interaction modes, DoorDash for Business, and going out experiences, while driving growth through acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention.

Previously, I spent nearly a decade at 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲, leading design teams across YouTube, Google Search and Assistant (now Google Gemini), Google Food Ordering, and internal career development platforms. Earlier in my career at 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁, I led design efforts across Microsoft Outlook and Windows, contributing to foundational UX systems used by billions of people worldwide.

Leading design across both New Bets and Growth, driving 0->1 product innovation to unlock new ways users engage with DoorDash, including new interaction modes, DoorDash for Business, and Going-out experiences. Scale proven experiences from 1->10 and beyond through growth focused design, overseeing ecosystem level initiatives that accelerate acquisition, deepen engagement, and increase long term retention across the DoorDash platform.

### Sr. UX Manager, YouTube Multi-device Experience @ YouTube
Jan 2021 – Jan 2024 | San Bruno, California, United States
Head of design  for next-gen YouTube experience across devices (mobile, TV, Web, Smart Displays and Auto): seamless media management, rich interactivity on TV with 2nd companion device, personal and shared TV identities, collaborating with global TV partners (Samsung, LG, Sony, etc.) to embed the best of YouTube into their smart TVs. 
Transformed this area from a single feature to a multi-pillared product area and built a team to execute on the product vision and roadmap.

Drove the launch of “Google Food Ordering,” steering the product from concept to its global launch. Crafted the vision and strategy, leading a multidisciplinary design team across interaction, visual, voice design, content strategy, and user research to deliver a seamless, integrated experience across Google Search, Assistant, and Maps.

Led design for mobile Google Search Growth team by setting design strategies and priorities. Designed experiences to help users “get the best of Search” by working at the intersection of Google web search, Google Search Apps, discovery, and Search verticals experiences.
