Led the design of Spotifyʼs Machine Learning Platform – a suite of ML infra products that unified and streamlined the end-to-end ML developer experience. Adopted by over 80 ML teams and 70% of ML developers at Spotify.

Led the design from 0-1 for the centralized repository for managing all Spotifyʼs ML models. Delivered company-level objectives in AI regulation compliance.

Established essential design processes and best practices within the ML Platform product area. Supported 4 product teams, collaborated closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and drove product vision and roadmap.

Led the design of Kabbage Insights from conception to general availability – an ML powered predictive analytics dashboard empowering small business owners in managing their cash flow. Cross-sold Kabbage products, such as Funding, through Insights recommendations, driving a 38% increase in loans and boosting loan originations by $1M in the first month.

Spearheaded the Kabbage design system to achieve strong branding and consistency across all Kabbage products, including Insights, Funding, Payments, Checking, Cards, and Bill Pay.

Taught students UX design in the Analytical Applications & Data Driven UX Class. Led group critique, mentored and guided students working on UX design projects from the United Nations, Google, Bloomberg and Disney.

Led the design of Capital One Commercial Banking design system – a comprehensive collection of reusable components, patterns, data visualizations, and guidelines for both web and mobile. Empowered over 40 designers and 150 engineers across 4 major teams and 15 products to create consistent and cohesive digital experiences for both Capital One customers and internal associates.

Fostered and grew a design system community for designers, engineers and product owners across teams from 20 members to over 200 in a year.
