Managed up to 19 construction design drawing projects and releases per week, requiring meetings with customers as designs progressed and coordinated multi-disciplinary professional engineering designs (electrical, structural, mechanical, chemical, and architectural) to meet manufacturing tooling needs 
Led the migration of Waterfall design process to Agile methodology leading to 35% increase in design releases
